Terms and conditions

Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
  1. THE PROMOTER
    1. Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4TZ. Registered in England No. 517211.
  2. ELIGIBILITY
    1.  The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) 18 years or over only, except:
      1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
      2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
      3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
    2. Internet access required.
    3. Purchase necessary.
    4. Maximum of 1 entry per person. Maximum of 1 prize per person.
  3. THE PROMOTION
    1. The title of the Promotion is the Pepsi x Asda UEFA Champions League Promotion - Win £500 Cash.
    2. The Promotional Period will open 00:01 on 26/04/2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 31/05/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
    3. The Promotion will consist of a prize draw.
    4. All promotion entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
    5. Selected Pepsi formats bought in Asda stores (large format and convenience) in the UK are valid products for participation in the Promotion.
    6. Participating stores are any Asda stores (large format and convenience, instore only) that displays the ‘Pepsi x Asda UEFA Champions League Promotion – Chance to Win £500 Cash’ marketing material housing the promotional QR code to be scanned for entry.
    7. A Wrap-Up Draw will take place on 01/07/2026 to allocate any prizes that could not be awarded due to entry receipts not being successfully verified or any prizes that remain unclaimed at the end of the Promotional Period. Eligible entries will include all valid entries received during the Promotional Period that did not result in a win. Winners will be selected at random.
    8. Entrants who do not enter correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
    9. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) or multiple handsets, multiple aliases to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that entrant's entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
    10. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or invalid entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  4. ENTRY PROCESS
    1. To enter, purchase any format or pack size of Pepsi products from a participating Asda store (large format and convenience) and retain your proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the Promotional Period and prior to entry.

    3. Scan the QR code on promotional marketing material in Asda stores (large format and convenience) or visit www.Pepsiasda.com and enter your full name, email address and county of residence in the relevant fields on the entry form along with receipt upload showing purchase of the qualifying Pepsi product (see list above) during the Promotional Period.
    4. Once receipt is uploaded, a 6-digit SMS code will be sent to the phone number completed in the entry form, this code will need to be filled out on the microsite to complete the entry.
    5. All entries with successful validated receipts and SMS codes will be entered into the prize draw.
  5. THE PRIZE
    1. There are 60 prizes available to be won across the Promotional Period, consisting of:
      1. 60 x £500 cash within the Prize Draw
    2. The 60 x £500 cash will be issued directly to winner’s UK bank accounts within 28 days from the Draw Date outlined.
    3. The prizes are supplied by the Promoter and administered through its agents (the “Prize Provider”): Savvy Marketing, 15-17 High Ct Ln, Leeds LS2 7EU. Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4TZ.
    4. Subject to 7.1. the Promoter shall have no liability in relation to any prize provided by a third-party provider.
    5. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for an alternate prize or compensation in whole or in part.
    6. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  6. WINNER SELECTION
    1. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period for each corresponding mechanic as stated in clause 3.3.
    2. The Prize Draw, will be allocated via a secure, independently verified random process.
      1. All entries who uploaded a valid receipt upon completing the entry form will be entered into the prize draw.
      2. The prize draw will take place on 01/06/26 from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
    3. The Promoter will manually check receipts to validate purchase, before any prizes are delivered.
  7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
    1. All prize draw winners will receive a winning confirmation email (the “Winning Confirmation Email”), sent to the email address provided at the time of entry, within 7 days from the Draw Date outlined, alerting the winner that they have won £500 cash.
    2. Winners will be sent a unique link via email to verify their email address. Following verification, winners will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by Stripe, the Promoter’s third-party payment provider. Winners will be required to provide proof of identity and bank details to facilitate payment of the prize.
    3. Stripe will process personal data solely for the purpose of administering prize payments in accordance with its privacy policy. The Promoter and its agents will only process personal data for the administration of the promotion and prize fulfilment.
    4. Once verification is complete, prizes will be paid via bank transfer within 28 days.
      1. Entries will be validated and receipts checked before a prize is awarded.
      2. If winner receipts are not accepted, the winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the Draw Date.
    5. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
  8. PRIZE DELIVERY
    1. All of the 60 £500 cash prizes will be paid into a UK bank account provided by the winner via Stripe upon notification and successful completion of the verification process. Payment will be made within 28 days of verification.
    2. If any Prizes are undelivered due to inaccurate details the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.
  9. WRAP-UP DRAW
    1. For all unclaimed prizes, a wrap-up draw will take place on the 01/07/26 (the “Draw Date”). This will be via a randomised computer process.
    2. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the Draw Date and will be required to respond within 14 days of this initial notification to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize by providing valid photographic ID and a copy of their purchase receipt. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification, does not claim their prize or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  11. DATA PROTECTION
    1. The Promoter will make available a list of main prize winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the Closing Date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure is limited in scope by contacting britvicteam@getsavvy.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing britvicteam@getsavvy.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.
    2. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter will pass such information to its third-party agency, Savvy Marketing, for the purposes of administering the promotion. Entrants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here: http://www.britvic.com/privacy.
      1. Data will be stored for 3 months following the Closing Date of the promotion before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to britvicteam@getsavvy.com.
      2. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
  12.  GENERAL
    1. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and accepting their prize.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not, or is not able to, take up their prize.
    2. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion.
    3. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or invalidate any affected entries . If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
    4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
    5. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
    6. If any clause or provision of these terms and conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
    7. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction.
